Tri-County Cancer Support Group Meeting
A Cancer Support Group for Women in Greensboro, Monticello and Eatonton will be meeting at Putnam General Hospital located at 101 Lake Oconee Parkway in Eatonton, on July 7, 2011. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the “Classroom”. Please enter the meeting by using the front doors of the hospital as the Classroom is located on the second hallway to the right. All female cancer survivors are invited to attend this meeting.
Our meeting will be about “Making Informed Decisions: Testing and Management of Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Cancers”

Crooked Creek Community Association holding yard sale
The Crooked Creek Community Association is holding its fifth annual yard sale on Saturday, June 18, 2011 from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Community Center located at 160-A Crooked Creek Drive in Eatonton, GA. As an added incentive, The Bone Island Grill at Crooked Creek Marina will be donating a $10 gift certificate for each person that spends at least $10. Crooked Creek Community Association meeting
Starting June 8, 2011, The Bone Island Grill at Crooked Creek Marina will hold a Crooked Creek Community Association Night on the first and third Wednesdays of every month. John Jansen of Crooked Creek Marina at 208 Crooked Creek Drive in Eatonton, GA is announcing that five percent of the net proceeds of those nights will be donated to the Association.
